New Delhi: Reliance Communications has settled a case with Sebi for alleged non-cooperation with the credit standing businesses and debenture trustee in violation of listing norms.

The firm has additionally reached a settlement concerning non-compliance with listing norms together with failure to tell curiosity cost default on debentures, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) stated in an order on Friday.

The firm, a part of Anil Ambani-led Reliance, settled the case after paying Rs 62.four lakh in the direction of settlement fees, it stated.

Under the settlement, an entity is allowed to settle fees by paying a penalty with out admission or denial of guilt.
