NEW DELHI: Most pharma shares had been buying and selling within the destructive zone in Monday’s session.

Shares of Piramal Enterprises (down 3.37 per cent), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries (down 2.48 per cent), Cadila Healthcare (down 1.81 per cent) and Biocon (down 1.48 per cent) had been the highest losers within the pharma pack.

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals (down 0.85 per cent), Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories (down 0.77 per cent) and Aurobindo Pharma (down 0.61 per cent) too had been buying and selling within the purple.

The Nifty Pharma index was buying and selling 1.37 per cent down at 9174.9 on Monday.

Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 26.05 factors at 10,500.7 whereas BSE Sensex was down 61.83 factors at 34,919.19 round 11:55 am.

Among the 50 shares within the Nifty index, 17 had been buying and selling within the inexperienced, whereas 33 had been within the purple.
